[ There's a lot of fiddling; poking. Static; even more fiddling. Until at one point Robb eventually drops the Commuter. The screen is faced upwards, revealing a portion of Robb's boots. What appears to be a wolf that is way to large for it's own good sniffing the device suspiciously. It then licks said device, you have a few seconds of direwolf

It is sweet to see him again. Sweet to look on his face - he seems older now, taller, and there is little trace of the boy Sansa knew there.
But this is wrong.]

Her first instinct is to run to him.
But that is not Alayne's first instinct, of course (why would it be, there are no bonds binding her to him). She ought to help him, of course (she must help him), but she cannot show herself to him. It's been years, and she is older now, a far cry from the girl she once was --
but he will know.
She has been Alayne here since waking, and she cannot change that now - can she? The giddy thrill of what if hits her again now as it did when she first woke up - she could strip the dye from her hair and shed the mantle of Stone she wears and go to him, her brother. What danger could come to her? What could harm her, with her brother there alongside her?
It's me, it's your sister, it's -
a dream. A foolish wish, and one she cannot yield to.]

He is gone. The words fall hard in her mind and heavy on her heart, but she knows them as the truth. This may be some cruel trick, perhaps even a ploy to catch her out - she must be careful, she must be cautious.
She must be Alayne Stone, and no more.
(Even if this is somehow real, even if he is here - she cannot drop her guard around the rest, and she must think of the future, too, so she tells herself.)
Oh, Robb.
Tears smart her eyes but do not fall. She will help him - she must help him - but she will do it as Alayne Stone. Who else?]

She selects text instead, and hides behind it like a shroud.]
The sigil you wear is not of House Lannister, your Grace.
[Strange, to see him amidst red and gold. Strange and wrong and yet - it fits. Nobility, bravery, valour -- she mistrusts it all the same.]
The King in the North may have reason to condemn it, but here it stands as a mark of courage. All brought here have been given such a mark.

[ Wide, curious eyes at you Robb ]

Yes, the King in the North. You are then, not from Westeros?

If only it had been Snow rather than Stark. For all the inconveience he caused, he had grown rather fond of the young Lord Commander. Lord Stark is another matter entirely. Instead of doing his duty and remaining in Winterfell where he was truly needed, he marched south and allowed the North to be ravaged by krakens, among others.
Not to mention that the boy's mere presence strangely unsettled him. Did Albus Dumbledore hold the power to make the dead walk again, or was this something else entirely?
He could only hope that Melisandre could provide a satisfactory explanation. ]

We are not to fight immediately, it would seem. You are to be educated in a style akin to that of the Maesters of the Citadel, Lord Stark.
In addition Lord Stark, I believe that once you are given a sigil here, you are obligated to serve under it, regardless of its association.
[ He almost feels something akin to pity for the boy, having to don such an ill-favored sigil (though the one true lion here was serving under the eagle). It had been a small favour that the "house" he had been assigned to at least had the same colours as his own (though the badger left something to be desired).
And then there was another matter entirely... Something he needed to know. If the dead can walk again... ]
What is the last event that you recall prior to your arrival?

- If we are not fighting immediately, then why has this sorcerer not summoned us then with a Raven and waited for one's consent. We cannot change our sigil?
[ He was not going to give information like that away so carelessly. Sorry, Stannis. ]
And who are you to ask that?

[ He could speak to the boy at greater length about the sigil, but there were other matters that required his attention first. ]

Thank you, he is tame and does not bite unless I to tell him to.

[ A welcoming smile. He didn't seem like foe, anyway. ]
- Many thanks, I will admit, there are a few troubles that quell my mind. The simplest being where do I get new robes? The ones that they have provided will not do.

[Blackfire has seen bigger creatures than the direwolf on her home planet. This, however, is the first wolf, direwolf or otherwise, that she's ever seen in anything other than books. She doesn't comment on his royal status just yet, although since she's of the royal family in her world, it makes her wonder how many others here might be of some sort of distinguished lineage.]

[ Grey Wind smiles at her approvingly. It's not so much as a Royal Status he's born with, but one he's claimed. ]
