-Sometimes it bothers me how much I know about the Jonas Brothers. How I listen to a song and know "Oh, this is about that girl". I don't need to know that. I don't need to know what any song is about because I will listen to it and create my own story, my own idea. It doesn't really matter if it's correct or not. It's what that song means to me.

I can't WAIT for Demi's album! And I love how excited she is for it (though it's sad how much she dislikes the previous one, it just makes me wonder how much influence Disney had on that one). I want to hear her collab songs! It's so awesome that really well-known artists can see her talent, I'm just so excited for her, haha. She deserves it.

And the "fake music" thing is ridiculous. Sometimes songwriters can just write out an idea, you know? It doesn't always have to be a personal experience. Are people saying that about JB?

I don't really blame Disney for the way it sounds, I don't think she new what she wanted to do. She listens to a lot of bands like Paramore, so it's natural that similar music would come out. I love that she's growing though! She is so talented, I really really hope that her album does great. :D

Nah, I haven't heard much of that about JB. But that's mostly because people assume that their music is bullshit and that everyone knows it. It's mostly around the "emo" scene that it annoys me, when people are hating on My chemical romance and bands like that.

She had to cut 'Behind Enemy Lines' because it didn't fit though, and she loves that song. She said they thought it wasn't rock-y enough, IDK. I think that's bull - if it's good, leave it. It's not like her fans would be all 'OMG, what is THAT. It doesn't fit this record AT ALL.' Of course, maybe it was her decision, it's not like she said Disney made her do it.

I agree with you 100% about the people that complain about music they think doesn't mean anything. I'm pretty sure that whoever wrote the song felt something when doing so, and it meant something to them. Then we as listener can have a different feeling or meaning for the song but it still means something.

I mean, most of the FOB songs I'm pretty sure that I have a different take on them then what Pete do. His mind don't work in quite the same way as others :)

Haha, same, I'm pretty sure most of FOB goes straight over my head, but I love them so much. It doesn't matter what Pete meant.
