I cannot wait to hear The Apostasy. This video is a faint glimpse into the awesomeness that is Inferno.

Io Behemoth!

he sez there are faster and more technical drummers in metal. who? and which of those so-called faster and more technical drummers make it look as effortless as inferno.

the apostasy is going to be pure murder.

Holy Shit Yes.
Let's see... when the drummer will say "This is my Life's work" then you know that it'll be something incredible. I think I've already decided that if there's anything on the album that doesn't instantly dissolve into my brain, it'll be up to ME to find a way around MY shortcomings.

I'm preprared to relearn what metal is.

Pic kup Zos Kia Cuktus and Demigod (their last two albums). Lemme know if you have trouble finding them (or if you just don't feel like paying for them). If there has only ever been one good thing to come out of Poland, it is Behemoth.

I already own Demigod and the single for it with the live tracks. I remembered how you spoke highly of em, so I bought both when I saw the cd's side by side

Unfortunately, I can't play these.

How are they musically? I'm somewhat interested.

They started as black metal, but moved into death metal in later years. They have sensibilities of both. Currently my favorite band. Highly recommended.
