I believe the 3rd one is from the "Understanding Ezra" series. Although he uses the name Evie and not Eve. Hope I'm right,and it's a great story either way.

Second one... ATF LB story Mending Fences by Monardia might be a possibility. Nathan asks Ezra for help with the proposal (and winds up storing a lot of furniture at Ezra's to make room in his apt).
