I thought that sounded like a better option than bike shorts (I do NOT want to wear bike shorts when it's 100 degrees outside. That negates the whole point of wearing a skirt

He actually used a sleep appliance for awhile and it worked well. It's like a retainer (you get it from an orthodontist) and it holds your bottom jaw forward, which helps keep your airway clear. It was great for traveling or other times when you didn't want to have to carry/plug in the CPAP.
Maybe you could embroider some superhero symbols on the pants, kind of in a nod to the 1950s - unless the pants are more like the 1850s!

That's good to know about the dental appliance. It would be less cumbersome to travel with. Though the CPAP I saw at the sleep lab was the size of a shoebox and would probably fit in carry-on luggage.
These panties are DEFINITELY more 1850's. Laura Ingalls Wilder would have loved them.

If I ever rediscover my sewing machine in the spare room, I will have a go at making some pettipants. Luckily we are now heading into winter, when it is pants or the occasional long skirt + tights, so hopefully I will find it before next summer!
