Oh god, I loved how you used the Snape/Lily here and Harry's reaction to it and Snape's and both talks they had about it. And Spinner's End! The whole visit to Spinner's End was quite moving. And it was great to see that both Harry's and Snape's feelings about their relationship with Voldemort are much more complex deep down than what it would seem on the surface. I wonder if that will screw up things later on. ;)

That's exactly what I was trying to show with those scenes, so I'm very glad that seemed to have come across well. There have to be deeper emotions and issues in their situation, I imagine, but for them it would be easier to just ignore them, unless they are forced (more or less) to acknowledge all the issues.

And how could I not mention the peacocks! They still make me chuckle just thinking about them. ;-)

I don't comment much, but it has been a real pleasure seeing your name pop up on my friends list again. I have spent the past two days re-reading all of your work and can think of no better way to spend my holiday break from school waiting for a new installment of this! Although you have left me with quite a hankering to see Voldemort as a daddy. (I don't know if I'm horrified or delighted about that!)

Oh I'm so glad you wrote a sequel to the first story. LV/anyone squicks me beyond belief, but you make it work. In a way. :-) I truly love this story and I'll be waiting for updates.

Oh my goooood. I have completely devoured this. After finishing The Semblance of Peace, I had briefly entertained the thought of waiting until you had the entirety of this one up before I continued reading. A thought that I didn't keep for very long! I absolutely love the interactions between the three of them, how they balance each other out and how they just work together and how it seems so in character and how it all fits together so perfectly but they have all the difficulties you'd expect with these three. I've had tears of laughter through a large portion of these first few chapters. Every interaction between Harry and Voldemort and then Harry and Snape is just guh. The Lily conversation. ♥ How you let us know that there's more than what's going on on the surface. I'm completely sucked in and know I don't want this to end. ♥
