Never finished the Fast entries. I ended it yesterday with a banana and some yogurt. Quite good. I weighed myself right before and I was at 173, I went about 78 hours with out eating, minus the break I had. Definitely two 36 hour periods if you want to say I broke fast with a break. 6 lbs lost total. I ate again on my way to work about 6 hours ( Read more... )
