Everyone’s favourite wanker shadsie posts a TL;DR spiel about how bad fanfic will always be with us because people like crap. I make the following comment:

But someone deleted a thread between myself and another person talking about her behavior. Our reaction was to have another thread on the same topic. :D

Oh, no. There was a poster on BRPS who used the word "gay" in one post to denote behavior she didn't like, and people fussed; she deleted a fair amount of those comments.

Two opening posts later, she used it again when she addressed the community--only, its being a public comm, people not only commented, but saw us post the whole thread and remarked on it when it vanished.

It's not her LJ, that's the thing. It's a comm. If it was her own LJ I wouldn't care. (Well, I'd be annoyed, but I wouldn't go back and continue to comment.)
