Mike is still alive. Doing slowly, steadily worse, but not yet past the point of some kind of turnaround. It's the kind of thing they just can't estimate. Could go bad any moment, could start getting better

Yeah, knowing what to hope for is rough right now. Clarity and peace seems like it trends a little bleak, but I think it's what is most needed, in whatever form.
