Over 100lbs of books seems excessive.

Let's back up.

Tyler took me box-shopping this morning, and Heather and Jess came over tonight. With their beyond-amazing help, I am now almost entirely packed.

There are some odds and ends. The exact contents of the carry-on has not been finalized. The pictures haven't gone into picture cartons. I'm sure

The other things I could theoretically cut back on are all either velvet, sequined or leather. Life is all about the tradeoffs.

In this case I will be trading money for not making choices.
