I have a freezer and a kitchen I can lend you? Especially this saturday, and possibly anytime you need it later this month too.
It's a freezer that is about the size of a large dorm fridge on steroids and has 3 deep baskets that slide out, as places to put things. I can definitely rearrange things (and make more JAM! with some frozen ingredients!) so that most of it is free, if you want. I don't know what kind of space you have where you are, but please let me know if you want keys to the house for weekends.
