Adding on to yesterday's debacle (two watermelons on the floor, sticky pink juice everywhere, driving around town distributing fruit to all the people i know like the Melon Fairy), I have managed to cut myself shaving 45 minutes before I'm supposed to be at this dinner with the brass. Took apart the old coffee table, made a bedside table and a new coffee table. I am so excited about the recent explosion of hockey fandom on LJ.  Every day there is something new to read or look at or chat about.  So thank you, people with more energy than I have, for finding all the gems and all the dirt and keeping me up to date on the 29 teams I don't stalk hardcore.
