I've had many LJ friends who have experienced hallucinations, or various manifestations of schizophrenia, (or whatever the latest DSM name for it is now).  I'm having a hard time remembering just who of you are amongst these!  Is it you?  If it's you, then you'd outta think of joining a new community for people of your ilk.  Because here is a place
