With insomnia snowballing, and less apprehension now that the weekend had ended, I basically stayed awake all night. (I now know exactly why I became a night person when I was growing up, btw). I'm glad you were able to find your dog. Hopefully the stake holds better.

Maybe there will be a Christmas miracle and a fence will materialize.

The stake should hold, esp. when the ground starts to freeze. I am worried about a rusting chink in the line, tho.

Not likely any fence will be put in this year, but the keys did show up today, after a delay of over 6 weeks. Finally able to go into garage and get some things.
