I've been meaning to get around to do alkaline and 'smart' water, as well. I might buy a jug that oxygenates the water, and that really looks good
( ... )
I'm lucky that I can technically eat and drink most things... although I do get pretty nasty heartburn from some stuff... I love coffee but I drink it black and no sugar and then it takes hours to stop hurting. Pretty small sacrifice though - I can imagine it would be hard to have to rule out food groups and the like.
Oh, and again with the crazy neighbour :( I hope the police can help though I know they didn't help with my past crazy neighbours! My fingers are crossed for you!
Ttaht's good. I drank mine that way, but now it's mocha, no sugar. I would be careful of that pain, it's not natural. You might get an ulcer - everything gets worse as you age. Keep an eye on it!
You know - maybe I should post about what I eat, because it doesn't seem too bad to me, lol.
Well, that sad to hear, that police aren't helpful there, as well. I'm going to push it, though. Couldn't get downtown to talk to them today, but maybe in a day or two. Thanks, mate!
