End of Post - part One

Out w/ dog, and crazy man yells out his window, "You lied!" really loud, so it startled me/CFS.  Let me just cut and paste what I inserted into my log:

"5:20pm - outside w/ dog, i thought man's rubber window shade looked like it was being pulled open a little.  a few minutes later, i am walking by with my dog, and he yells loudly out window, through rubber curtain, "YOU LIED!"  He lied profusely when the cops were here.  As usually, he is projecting his BS onto me.  This projection has been gong on for years, and in the mean time, he has been imitating me.  the latest examples: his attack was emulating my banging on his door in response to his midnight BANGING, whereas his recent attack against me was unfounded and seeking violence.  He has bought clothes like mine.  He bought a Subaru after hearing me joke w/ dog, "Busaru!" after every NPR Subaru commercial.  And, talking to cops, he imitated my complaints about him to cops in earlier instances.  It's pathetic, classic psychopathy."

I am planning to go downtown tomorrow, and ask for copies of police reports on his reported incidents here.  The way they regard people, there, however, I reckon I will have to turn a few screws and phrases.  I will be pursuing legal action.  If I don't hear from my LL by tomorrow morning, I will decide to focus on her and her company.  I don't like being pulled into such time-consuming stupidity, but maybe I can make a little money, hey?  I think my LL would understand that.

For people with allergies, CFS-illness, fatigue, etc.: Here is something I discovered which helps reduce aspects of CFS relapses.  The idea is to reduce intestinal reactivity and permeability.  These can be exacerbated by food that turn acidic, like bread, or which can be irritating in other ways, like onions or cashews.  There are five ways to do that:

Drinking a little witch-hazel decreases intestinal permeability.  Taking a small teaspoon of baking soda - or an antacid - before such food reduces later acidity.  Taking at least one half a Benadryl before food decrease allergic reaction to food, which can also increase permeability.  In the case of wine, (or other drinks), a benadryl might help reduce hangover.  (A half an aspirin before food like pizza, etc., can help reduce chance of heart problems.  I take a slight amount of BS before taking something like aspirin, vitamin C, Alpha Lipoic acid, or etc.).  The fourth thing you can do is to combat bad gut bacteria and yeast, with prebiotics, probiotics, and "garlic therapy" - (enquire first).  You can simply avoid sugary, starchy, acidic, wheat, and irritating foods.  The whole thing about gut permeability: More of it means more tiny bits of junk getting into your bloodstream, which cause immune system reactions and symptoms.

End of post.
