Wow, some days I feel extra industrious and some days I don't. When I do I try to take full advantage. I am apparently feeling super industrious this afternoon

I hadn't heard of Couch to 5k and I checked it out. I'm tempted! (And I HATE exercise.) My only issue will be finding time to run when both my kids are home with me all the time. They're too big to do the jogging stroller thing and my husband works long hours. (Realistically, I may need to wait until July to start.) Are you liking it so far? Seems like it's great!
It's a program specifically designed to get non-runners into a running program. It's nice to have something so well delineated and thought out. It's nice to know when you're done! IN addition there are podcasts and smartphone apps to track your time to make it easier. Could you do it after the kids are in bed? If your neighborhood is conducive and safe that would be an option. It's only a half hour workout.
