Whoa.

"Dexter" is so damned brilliant I can't even talk about it. And yet what ho, here I am, talking about it.

Maybe I'll open a butcher shop. )

I am TOTALLY addicted to Dexter! I mean - just the friggin' opening credits are brilliant! And thanks to the *cough* wonders of the internet *cough* I'm watching the second season with you Americans (I'm Swedish), so I have a fresh episode waiting for me tonight when I get home from work. I can't wait! =)

DEXTER!!! I will rave about this show to anyone who will listen. And to those who won't. It's. I should get paid for working so hard as a promoter, really. Dexter is BRILLIANT. The casting people are my gods, how did they manage to cast every single character so bloody perfectly? Michael C. Hall. Sweet Jebus. That line, "I own you", such perfect delivery, and his VOICE when he goes from office dweeb to murderer, and the way he so makes us cheer for him. How did they know he'd be so prefect for Dexter?
Just saw ep 8. It's amazing how they manage to make every episode better than the last. *breathes*

This show only gets better. senseofpeace November 22 2007, 16:20:13 UTC
I love the willingness of the series writers to "go there"- I mean, the show could have become very formulaic with season 2 focusing on another random serial killer while Dexter continues to discover himself. However, instead, the writers turned the camera on Dexter and realistically have him in a place where he can be exposed. This plot twist was a daring one on the writers' part. The next two episodes will truly set the stage for how this series is viewed in the future. What a way to have a second season? BTW, are you watching Torchwood?
