Oh, that sounds like a fabulous list! I do something similar, but often it's actually just one song, depending on my mood/current project.
Lately it has varied between Dog Days are Over, Secrets by OneRepublic, O Children by Nick Cave (the one featured in HP7 during the H/Hr dance scene), Heaven by Jars of Clay and (currently) Nostrand by Ratatat

I just heard a cover of 2000 miles originally by The Pretenders, done by The Mighty Mighty Bosstones. It. is. Unbelievable, and I LOVE it, so much better than the original. The video is quite moving too. It's a Christmas song, but it's just so...omg...

Since you said you have the entire album, my absolute favorite right now from Lungs is Cosmic Love. I love all of Florence and the Machine's stuff, definitely listen to the whole album.
