Small town life

You know you live in a small town when you are driving home and both talk radio stations you normally listen to have pre-empted their regular schedule to cover high school basketball.

Girls basketball.

Both stations were broadcasting live from the SAME GAME.

I remember that kind of stuff well from growing up in a very small town. It was kinda cool in a way tho.

Wow, watching High-school Girls basketball is only slightly worse than watching grass grow (actually a LOT worse, given that I generally like to watch grass grow on a sunny summer afternoon in an Adirondack chair with a nice cool adult beverage in my hand)

Subtracting the image feed and just going on radio, I would imagine that to be a hazard to motorists from the spontaneous narcolepsy.

That being said for the family and friends of the girls that is kinda cool.
