Work has been kicking my butt lately, and some family stuff has been keeping me preoccupied, but I am still around somewhat. I've been wanting to get back into writing, and I'm considering trying to do 100 words a day like allisnow, but even that seems like too much of a commitment for me at the moment. I saw Star Trek as well, had a great time actually. I didn't have any expectations either, but I was really into the series up until a few years ago, so I suspect it's going to bring out my fangirl again. That sort of thing never really leaves you, I suppose ;)

Good luck with your writing. I need to take a leaf out of that book...
