You are right about the job market. I've been on both sides of the coin in the department of appearance and it does make a difference. Glad you have a job. Being unemployed definitely sucks.

I'm sorry to hear about your mom. That had to have hurt. Did her foot turn black? Just curious because mine did. I hope that she isn't in too much pain and that she gets better soon.
