What's there on the third one? Is it a mirror, or just a glass missing?

Silly thing - that was virtually my first camera - I had no clue how to use it when I was still in St Petersburg - I even ruined a couple rolls of film because of it.

The third one - it's a advertisement 'window' without an ad, so actually, it's just glass and the church is on the other side.

What kind of instrument does the old man play?

I'm not sure what it's called. It's in the mountains near Karata, Dagestan. My guess is that this instrument exists through mountainous Dagestan & Chechnia.
