Work was great, got my pay, but unfortunatly Muhammed, the chef from egypt, has quit. It's unfortunate, but I don't mind, he's still going to come by for beer, so I'll get to chat with him here and there.

Anyone have suggestions for clubs and less high traffic tourist stuff to do in Berlin, Amsterdam, Tours, Paris, and Christiania?

I know it's cheese, but i'd like to go to at least one hardcore goffy type bar/nightclub in either Paris or Berlin, but I don't even know where to start searching.
