Thank you. I've been trying to tell myself that at least it was relatively quick and unambiguously untreatable and even if it had been caught earlier, would I have started a stress prone cat on chemo? No, I wouldn't. OTOH it turned out so quick I feel like I didn't get to prepare, as if that would have made it easier.

Thanks. I'm sure sooner or later I'll get to a point where I don't start randomly leaking at the eyes with no warning, but we're not there yet.

Thanks. I keep thinking of things that are different now (no-one gets shut into a separate room to eat! I can get rid of the open litterbox with extra smelly litter that was the only kind she'd use! I won't need a catsitter for her when we go to the island next year! if I get a foster cat that feels right for me I might get to keep it!) and all of them just make me sadder.
