my, this account is dusty...
sitting in the cab from the airport in Taiwan to my hotel. It's very overcast here, so I can't see much of the city.
it's also a long drive. I suppose not every city in the world puts their airport downtown.

Random updatiness
Thursday and today on the northwest quad of 237 and 880, there were sheepies! eating all the pretty yellow flowers. I'd heard that the bay land management people were going to start using goats or sommuch, I guess sheep got in on the gig, too. They've done quite a good job of mowing that land as well ( Read more... ) -
Sunday funnings
Chairos b'day party was a grand thing? even though Chairp himself was a little scarce.
it was seriously under-fooded. I suspect a "bring snacks" in the invite email/post would have resulted in enough leftovers to last a month.

three days in purgatory
so I'm in SF today, tomorrow and Friday.
I really don't like the city at all, but here I am. it also means crazy early mornings and getting home late since I get the rush hour traffics. wheee!
I brought out a heavier jacket today thinking it would be ice cold up here, but it's strangely warm :/
