Jack changed Ianto but he still has no self-confidence or confidence in his powers. Something needs to change pretty quick or someone's going to be in trouble. Maybe this whole thing with Owen will give him the kick-start he needs to get him to concentrate more on making his sway work.

I hope Jack stays put now because I doubt in his state of mind he's going to think to check that Gray's there before leaving the house. I'm beginning to think Suzie's plan is to sit back and wait for Gray to screw up so she can get to Jack, which might just work if Gray keeps ditching him to go mope over Elle. Pretty hypocritical of him to have a go at Ianto for having Jack around a demon when he's messing up his job so spectacularly.

John really needs to come back and check in. Maybe he can give Gray a kick in the pants and straighten him out.

Jack does feel very self-concious about his ability and also the fact that he changed Ianto which then took away his powers to protect himself. Owen's situation may give him the kick he needs but will he be too late?

Jack will do what he wants in the end, bugger those trying to protect him. As for Gray, well the hole he is digging is getting bigger and bigger. John has his reasons for his absence but we will see him again very soon.
