I finally found M&G for less than $20 (yeah, only $5 less but it's the principle of the thing) so, Weezie, I'm movin' on up.

I think the ones I have are from GCW (which ever site is listed in the MATY Securom thread). Works great. I've gotten all the no cds that come as replacement exes from there, and not had a problem with them. I just rename the original game one to have old or orig in it, leave it where it is and stick the new one in.

I was just concerned there was more than one version (like one for a patched and one for an unpatched game).

Someone in the thread said to right click and select the properties for the original exe for the version number. But since M&G hasn't been patched as far as I've heard, no worries there, should only be one. But usually the the lower number will be unpatched if I remember my list correctly. I only got the lot since I use anygamestarter to build request houses, so its easier not having to hunt down my cds for it.

*applauds!* Hooray! M&G is another disc-replacing stuff pack, you'll need to use the M&G disc instead of the Expansion . . . or No-CD crack. Whichever. :)

Woo! So that means you haven't given up on Sims 2 right?! This makes me happy. I haven't seen a sims post from you in a while.

I think the ones I've always used is the GCW, I'll have to wait until I get home to verify. BTW, it would be the M&G crack that you will have to use. At least that's what I had to do when I got it, even though I too have AL.

Oh, I'm not done with sims 2 yet. I've just been distracted with my new bike and the Ghostbusters game (for PS2--it's a good game by the way).

I have the itch to write some Peculiar but I might just jot my ideas onto paper for now and wait to work on the pics and all that until the new stuff is in. (new animations might make working on the pic side of the story more fun)

I got a bike last weekend. There was nothing to re-build, so I just went to a store and got something in the lower price range (bikes can be EXPENSIVE!). Then we got busy so the bike hung out in the car for a week. Last night the wife got it all set up (water bottle cage, lights, tire stuff) so I can start riding this weekend.

PS2 Ghostbusters is very fun. It's more cartoony looking than the Ghostbusters game for PC, xbox360 or those others but it's still fun. The story is funny and it has the REAL voices (I was in Ghostbuster nerd HEAVEN).
