So it turns out Katie's computer (Zeus) has been infected with the Sony rootkit. And I'm aware that the fix Sony provides just opens up more security flaws in the system. Is there anything that she can do short of reinstalling Windows to remove it? Clean Access Fucktard won't let her on the Internet until she does.
