I really want to hear why John betrayed Rodney with Ronon. What possible excuse/reason could he have for doing that?

John doesn't deserve Rodney in this fic. I want Rodney to have closure so that he can move on with his life. Be that life with John or someone else.

I really enjoyed reading this and it doesn't make me feel sorry for John at all. He ruined what was probably the most accepting relationship he's ever had. I am glad that you didn't have Rodney cave in just cos John got hurt and is hurting emotionally. He deserves to hurt emotionally for what he did to Rodney ;-)

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback! I actually tend to sympathize with John myself, but I wasn't going to have Rodney welcome him back with open arms, certainly, because he screwed up big, and there's no quick fix for that. I'm glad that came across in the fic.

it hurts cause you feel bad for both of them and its a tough situation. the importance of the relationship, to both of them, despite what john did, is so strong in this. i love it wholeheartedly
