Seriously, I'm busier than ever and it's doing me loads of good. Even though I don't have as much time to write as I'd like to but it's really bringing my time management skills up to speed again.

I spent the past three weeks translating 36k worth of text, including graphics and tables... Took me 72 hours in total and I received a nice sum of money for it, but my muse has been sitting in the corner and showing me the cold shoulder since I started.

No more, though! I CAN FINALLY WRITE AGAIN!

I have them. YES. Tickets for the show. I'm so thrilled!!! And coming down from my adrenaline high. Damn, what an adventure.

12,000 people were in line in front of me at the Barbican Website but thankfully I found another site and got tickets there :)

In order to take my mind of academic writing while working on my Sherlock essay I decided to scribble a bit of Bondlock. Initially it was supposed to be a merging of all my favourite tropes... and somehow it mutated into a Season 4 AU inspired by M-theory and there's already 9k on my desktop...

So as a film studies student I can basically chose whatever topic I prefer for essays. This semester my seminar focussed on "Filmic forms of digital media" - obviously my essay will be about Sherlock.
