So Laura gets in to town tomorrow -Yipee and despite the inevitable jet-lag, we're going tomorrow night to see Rock 'n' Roll at the Royal Court - from the front row :-). Enjoy Rock 'n' Roll, it's a great play and from the front row you should be able to see the whole stage (*is not jealous* which reminds me I really should write a proper review)

Working hot water is a wondrous thing.

Why didn't you tell me about the last performance of Cori? I didn't think anything woulkd end that early so I never even gave it a thought...I am sorry that you'll miss your Jonathan Cake fix...but we will have to work on him to make sure he'll be at the end of the year party!!

Sorry I forgot and I was too excited re Madrid. And no worries - the Midnight matin of Cori is Aug 5th and as I am prob helping cooking again so will serve Mr Cake his sausage and scrambled egg then - he just needs to smile and I get my fix then :-)

Rock n Roll is a wonderful play - I so enjoyed it and it was so interesting. ! But whole experience was fascinating and I am going to queue for returns when it comes into the West End. (the returns at Roy Court) were enormous!!)
