House: "Five to Nine"

Well, I don't usually post about House, although I've been a fan since the beginning and I never miss an episode. But this episode was unusual enough for me to think more than a bit about it.

Cut for those who haven't seen it yet... )

It was weird to have almost only Cuddy the whole time but I thought the episode worked out pretty well overall. It certainly wasn't perfect but it was fun to try a Cuddy-centric episode. I'm actually surprised it took them this long to do one.
But what I'm mainly excited for is Hugh's directorial episode.

I did love his little smile. And I totally agree that Lucas needs to get lost. :)

Yeah, it was certainly worth a try. And I certainly didn't hate it, but it was just not what I normally want from an episode of the show.

Heck yes, HL directing is something I'm absolutely thrilled for. Cannot wait!

Ugh, Lucas. It's not even that I'm a huge House/Cuddy shipper (though I like them), but she and Lucas have no chemistry and he's so annoying and... gah.

I completely understand. You want something more like "Broken" or "House's Head" and "Wilson's Heart" or back to what the first 3 seasons were. :)

I know. I'm not much of a Huddy shipper either but Lucas is just so wrong for her. He's so annoying.

Well, yeah, that would be nice. After all, I still list "Three Stories" as one of my top favorite episodes of TV, of all time. :-)
