I've come to the conclusion that hospital wards are not conducive to a good nights sleep. Case in point, last night I managed to sleep from 11.30 to 1.30 whereupon I was woken by a nurse to inject me with my latest dose of antibiotics. A few more pics from my continuing adventures at the Royal Berks. I've now found a tv room so my mood has improved greatly - I've decided to steal the remote so noone else can change the channel - and even the food is good. Not Michelen star quality, but definitely Debenhams restaurant quality, and that's more than good enough for me.

Last night one of the inmates - sorry, patients - here got up, disconnected himself from his iv drip and legged it out of the fire escape, closely followed by 2 nurses and a hospital porter who dragged him back in kicking and screaming.
