My older brother is the illegitimate son of my father and his mistress.

I know. It is one of the main things that define our family.

My father was a traditional man, but I think he hung around with enough Americans that he actually became more flexible as he got older.

That is good to be flexible. People should be willing to accept all people in their families.

That would be good, but you know how it goes. My father's willingness to let my sister run the company is rare. The company lost a number of older share-holders, then gained a number of new ones.

yes, I know how it goes. My father's company would go through the same thing if he accepts my older brother.
