Monday, I got to show my apartment to potential investors.  Anxiety through the roof, but I am fairly certain they ain't buying.  I think a shrine to Alice Cooper and a collection of saints candles might be off-putting

everybody here is doing take out
dining area roped off but you can come in and pick up your food
that means kitchen staff still working
but we are rural and there are not many places

For some types of restaurants it doesn't pay to. I have friends that own a fine-dining restaurant. They pretty much sell their food at cost. They make their money on drinks, which they wouldn't be able to sell doing takeout.
