Well that's quite a different picture than the Quakers I grew up with! We're a bunch of hippie libtards.

Right! My grandmother was from a Quaker family, and she was very forward-thinking. But I guess the point of this piece is that there are exceptions in every group, and that abusers often show a guise of goodness to the world.
