The brisket experiment was a success. At least, given that none of us had any experience to compare to, it turned out tasty. Ziggy's partner pressure cooked it for a high speed version and we used the sous-vide for a long cook version. I'm on DW and I have plans of mainly crossposting from there to here... but the sheer size of the remaining jobs (ie filters, friends, photos, icons, security) is kinda getting to me.

I'm still grinning. I think I have a new favourite movie to add to my favourite movie list: "Arrival".
