Finally, we're winning.

As of Obama's victory in Maine, He leads in the delegate count, INCLUDING SuperDelegates pledged. In other words, if the primary were held today, Obama would be our nominee.

But here's where it starts to get crucial. First of all, the media has a vested interest in keeping this race tight, so as Obama becomes the clear front-runner and Hillary becomes the underdog, they're going to start praising her again. Second, as Obama pulls forward, his supporters WILL grow complacent; they'll start to figure that getting out the vote isn't as important, since he's winning anyway. And third, and most important, the next two weeks' worth of momentum will be absolutely, positively CRUCIAL, because Hillary is expected to make huge gains in Texas, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Those are working class, swing states, and as it stands she's expected to win there. If she does, then not only will she have a strong chance to take back momentum going into the primary but she'll be able to point out that she won ALL the swing states, which could make a case for her being a stronger general election candidate.

For all these reasons, it's CRITICAL (I can't undersell how critical) that Obama's momentum builds and builds and builds and builds and builds in the next two weeks, until it's an absurdly unstoppable, presumptive-nominee force. And YOUR vote in the Chesapeake primary will help that happen.

So:

1. VOTE.

2. No, seriously. Get off your ass and VOTE. If you're worried about it, schedule time with your boss RIGHT NOW to go and do it. BY LAW, they have to give you that time.

3. I can't undersell how important it is to vote. This is not your voice among several million. This is your voice among a few hundred or a few thousand, depending on your district. 1 VOTE CAN DECIDE AN ENTIRE DELEGATE - AND RIGHT NOW, OBAMA LEADS CLINTON BY ONLY 2.

4. If you have time today or tonight or tomorrow, go work for the campaign. You can go to www.barackobama.com to find out how they can use you.

Si Se Puede!
