I am having the same trouble with mine- only one so far but it was a big pain in the neck. Hopefully someone will have a clue for us.

I went to the maker's website and looked at his tutorial. He recommended after making the heddles to put a dot of super glue on the knots. *Now* I find this information. LOL On the other hand, I'm getting good at retying heddles in process...
