Mrr. Thanks for your input on the baseball drawing, y'alls. Everyone says the same thing. I originally was satisfied with my first drawing, but when dad saw it he was like "Hold up that's all wrong!!" and said all the young boys reading it who knew anything about baseball would notice it too, which meant more to me than his noticing it (heh)

Well, the mid swing thing was fine really, it was just the hand position while showing the bat at that point really looked like the way you brace the bat for a bunt. What happened to the arm warmers I gave you?! Wear those! Oh your wish thing confused me a little but now I see why :)

It's such a shame that it's so hard to work with layers of blankets, because they can be so comfy. We have that same problem. Maybe we should all get Snuggies. Or, y'know, make our own. Fleece... mm...

It was excessively cold here as well :( Are you still coming over Saturday? I have a shift in HRY from 9-4 but after that I'm free.

UGH it is so cold here, too!! Living in apartments for the last two winters made me forget how ridiculously cold houses can get. My room is frreeeeeeeezing!! I've been wrapped up in blankets as well, and I stayed in bed for 13 hours today! At least I work at night when it is coldest. SIGH.

And for the record, if you had only drawn the first drawing I would have been fine with it. It's like sometimes when comic artists/illustrators in general skip the panel frames and draw multiple characters going through multiple motions. You captured the essence of each pose through time, as a viewer would actually be looking at the pitcher first, then the batter, then the ball. The second picture was set up more like how a photograph would have looked. I think!
