Shiina Ringo isss, pretty crazy. I like her. Her music is a bit silly. I like the song "Kono Yo No Kagiri" and I noticed in her Tokyo Jihen video "Osca" it starts out with a girl doing a TF6 impression :)
Haha. Yeah, Kono Yo is one of the more fun-silly sounding songs. I love love looove Oiran, too. And la salle de bain... and Gamble, and Papaya Mango, and Ringo no Uta, and all her cover songs, especially the German ones, and... basically, most of them. (oh, Haiiro no Hitomi, which she sang with Spitz's lead singer, is also excellent. ♥ Spitz.) It's nice too that she does so many different types of music-I don't get bored while listening to her sing.
...and that reminds me, I never added the Tokyo Jihen songs from my old computer to my new(er) iTunes library. Sweeet, gotta do that!
Oiran took a couple listens for me to warm up to but I really like the latter half of it, and la salle de bain is really good. The video is really beautiful too. Both aspects are very artistic and it kinda makes me think of you actually. I'll give the rest a listen while I draw.
I wish I could still some of your illustrating power, but you need it I guess, so I won't research the voodoo I'd need to make it happen.
Oops I meant "steal" :) I can't just let that go or I'll look foolish! Gamble is really good too by the way. I will have to add Shiina to my growing list of artists you found for me.
