I'm betting the other kids will call her Sarah Ciptak. But every time she needs her full name for something she's going to be identified as That Kid - The One Who's Father Is An Idiot. Which is a lot for a little girl to haul around. I expect that "Sarah M. P. Ciptak" will be her grown up name as soon as possible.
