Thank God for Castle, that's all I'm saying. Without that cracky show, the upcoming TV season would be really depressing for me. But eee! Now I have Beckett and Castle and my ship back! Not to mention gun!porn and boyfriends and all-round awesomeness. ♥

God. I'm so fucking bummed about JJ leaving. It just doesn't seem right.
I've gotta say, Criminal Minds---for me, has gone down hill after the last season. Just. Crashed. Reid's episodes give me headaches, Emily barely gets time, Garcia maybe gets a scene or two if lucky, Morgan's scenes make me roll my eyes, Hotch is...okay, and Rossi is kind of boring compared to Gideon. But maybe thats just me. But this episode was...incredibly blah.
But, mmmm, JJ is really hot. Not going to lie. I'm going to miss her.

It all made a spectacular nose dive after Season 3, when CBS got rid of many of the show's permanent writers. The plots got tacky and boring, and the character development practically stopped entirely. Getting rid of charactes of a much loved ensemble (without the actors themselves wanting out) was the final straw, really.

Blergh.

You're completely correct - a mediocre episode made watchable by the awesomeness that was JJ/AJ. I'm not sure I can bear to watch next week.
I'm definitely going to stop watching once Paget leaves, she and AJ were what always kept me watching. The rest of the cast are great, but I didn't sign up for a sausagefest + Garcia + random character we're all going to hate.

I wish I could still actually care about the show. Because of this awful feel of ambivalence, next week's episode probably won't make much of an impact on me. And beyond that? Boredom.

If only we could get the first three seasons back.

I'm so glad I wasn't the only one obsessing about Prentiss's cellphone. I was worried it would fall out of her waistband (meaning if she was chasing an unsub down the street she would have to ask them to stop and wait while she found her phone...).

Yeah, that's about all I took away from this episode, except that J.J. is awesome and this season is going to suck :(.

Emily's phone was so weird! It's like they went "Shit, she's not wearing a coat and her pants don't have pockets. What do we do? What do we do?! Oh, hang on!" Ridiculousness.

This season is going to be the most epic fail EVER.

Yeah, I can't even be bothered to try and think of anything clever to say about that episode. It's just a set up for disaster.

After the episode of FAIL, seeing that picture made me regain a bit of faith in humanity. They're such good friends. ♥
