Yeah, I don't know why I bother with this show either.

I don't bother. It has become the crappiest bilgewater. But at least it is a springboard for your humourous LJ entries, which consistently give me mirthy moments.

I'll keep eyeing the episodes as long as Emily's in the team, but once she goes? The show will be 100% dead to me. It's remarkable how they managed to screw everything up faster than we could say "unsub".

I still haven't been able to make myself watch the ep. How pathetic is that? Now that you mentioned Retaliation, I think I might have to watch that instead.

Not pathetic, says a lot about what this show has become. Actually, I just felt detached and ambivalent about the whole thing while watching. It's like the insane connection I had with the show and the characters has completely been severed.

I haven't seen this week's episode (even though I'm tempted, just to see JJ do her HBIC thing on the phone), and I'll probably erase this show from my viewing list (because I started watching it exclusively because Paget joined the cast).

I've turned into one cranky fangirl over the past few months.

On that note, I LOVED LOVED LOVED the new Castle ep. It was awesomeness all around. EXCEPT for Beckett running in 6 inch heels. Really, you guys? Really?! High heels on lady cops always piss me off. That's why I love Fringe so much, their agents wear sensible shoes. Well, that and Ana Torv is hot.

JJ OWNED the episode, for that I'm grateful for watching. But other than that? Totally not worth it. I'll keep "watching" (fast-forward is thy friend!) as long as Emily's in it, but from next week onwards, the show will be lowest on my 'must watch' list.

Castle! Such a little ball of perfection. ♥ Although I knew way before how the end would play out, the chemistry of the characters made it all good (the heels thing is ridiculous - I love Paget Brewster commenting on it in an interview once). Crappy plots, amazing chemistry between the leads, where have I seen that before? Oh, right.

Eeeee for Castle!! They're back and all is right with the TV world again. And after that premiere, I'm even more in love with those two (and Beckett's hair). The "my ship" screencap you posted is one of the hottest stares they have ever shared. Love.

I'm sorry Criminal Minds is a steaming pile of shit, though. It's depressing as hell when bad, misogynistic things happen to a show you love. :(

The season premier, in terms of the Castle/Beckett chemistry, was frigging ace! These two work so well, omg. And amazingly enough, the writers managed to write the first episode in a way that made me forget the unfairness of Season 2 finale. The UST shall continue!

Also, Ryan and Esposito getting all big brother-y and protecting Beckett was adorable. <3
