"Hee, my avatar is dressed like a whore!"

Okay, emo post time is almost-probably-definitely over now. Those of you who know me know (I hope) that I'm not usually a terribly emotionally unstable person-- these past few weeks have just kind of been EVERYTHING BLOWING UP ALL OVER THE PLACE, and not in a good action-movie way. Thanks to all of you for listening to me whining and for being ( Read more... )

I am dying with shame and jealousy because I never managed to beat the Japanese version of the game and don't have the English yet D:

A-awww. D: Any particular reason, or have you just not gotten around to it yet?

I beaten case 5 on Tuesday (felt like an eternity to me) and my favorite new characters are Tyrell Badd (horrible name aside), Shi-Long Lang, and Colias Palaeno (honorable mentions being Rhoda Teneiro, Lauren Paups and Quercus Alba.)

I am all for getting rid of the move feature mostly because it was a pain to go back to one location just because it was the only place you could be in to go to this one damn location.

Other than that, Capcom confuses me with their semi-laziness. They leave one character's name the same...yet they took the time to change the names of the people from made-up countries and even change "Deed Man" to..."Deid Mann". What was the point?

Man, don't even *ask* me what Capcom was thinking for some of these names, I have absolutely no clue. XD BUT YES DESPITE THE TERRIBLE NAME DETECTIVE BADD IS AWESOME. And I really liked Rhoda and Lauren too.

Man Ace Attorney Investigations was surprisingly awesome. I didn't expect much from it in the beginning before it came out. And when I first started playing it was mildly awkward to play. But once you get used to it, it's actually great.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact it was holding your hand way more than the main series. Where I'd press a line of testimony and at the end he'd comment on something like "Maybe I should show them that piece of evidence I just found earlier", or something of the sort. It happened a LOT more often than AA1-4 and sometimes I only figured it out because he said that.

Other than that, there were still plenty of times I was racking my brain figuring out the game.

Also I really really really really REALLY love the Logic system.

LOOOOOVE.

Yeah, I noticed that too. :|a I haven't had to use a walkthrough at all so far, which is good because not many have come out yet, but I'm not sure if that's due to me actually getting better at this, or the game helping you out with cross-examinations/rebuttals, which I usually fail at. PROBABLY THE LATTER XD

And yessssss logic. IT IS AWESOME.
