Ooooh, this is so lovely! Thank you so much, darling! It made me laugh so much and go all "oh Ron!". He should rest assured that Gideon knows who he is and wouldn't ever forget that. ♥
I will let Gideon answer tonight, have to take off now, because one of my students has to resit an exam with me, as she was ill on the actual resit date, meh.
The Molly/Arthur ficlet is lovely, as well -- so typical for them!
I miss you, too! *loves* More on that in my next email. :)
I did, thank you. Actually I worked a full day, and I was mighty glad that it all went alright, because I haven't been able to accomplish all that much for the past ten days or so, which was immensely frustrating. So, that was an unexpected and much appreciated gift on top. :)
*lol* Molly is doing her best, and seeing her fuss in private is rather nice, to be honest. Plus, Gideon has a very loyal sister in her, whom he's massively fond of. ;)
Wow! I'm a bit flabbergasted - how cool that you wrote back! Er, although now I'm sort of wishing I hadn't told you about Her- my friend.
You never had a girlfriend? Right, I'm telling Ginny that as soon as I get a chance. Her and her mutterings about experience. But, wow, no girlfriends. How old were you when- oh, never mind. Sorry.
Your advice sounds really sensible. I'll try and put it into practice. Things have a habit of getting in the way when it comes to me and - my friend who isn't Harry, but I'll do my best.
All the best to you and Uncle Fabian. I hope it's nice where you are.
No, I didn't. You're inferring a little too much from the context, however. The fact that I never had a real girlfriend doesn't mean I didn't have sex, only that my relationships were a bit less formal than anything that could be called a girlfriend. And I was fifteen. And I assure you that Ginny has a point when talking about experience, although this really differs from one person to the next. It's an area of life that requires the 'live and let live' approach to things, even from big brothers.
Well, that's life for you, I dare say, it's always getting in the way of everything, but otherwise it'd be very boring.
And for both ficlets, you just know how to use words so easily. It seems so natural! how can you just pick up these different characters (Ron, Arthur or Molly) and described them from your point of view without failing to include perfectly the canon situations JKR wrote about? Wonderful. :)
Although I could say the same about your illustrations, you know :). I love the way you have your take on each character, and yet they're so vividly the person they're meant to be in canon.
I'm ready to hide under my bed. *blushes* Thank you so much. This comment means a lot to me. :)) I do think mudblood or reallycorking do picture better the HP canon universe. :)

Glad you liked the Molly/Arthur, too - I almost apologised for making you share fic space with them, since I know your feelings about Molly :).

Thank you, it is. We're both thinking of you.
