1. Been on holiday for a week. It was lovely - a proper holiday, with sightseeing and lying by the pool and cultural exploration. Haven't had one of those for about eight years.

2. It's slightly worrying to arrive home and discover that LJ still isn't working properly. I really hope the DDoS attack goes away soon.

And I'm a little worried about the DDOS attacks myself. It's been a few weeks now and anyway, what will stop it from happening again? Or just shutting down the site entirely?

I prefer the tenth doctor myself. Eleven actually feels like a bit of a nod to the Classic Who series, though that's based only on a few episodes I've seen. Like you, I still adore Eleven, Amy and Rory, but I guess I just liked Ten's storylines a bit better or... something. I can't really explain.

I think my heart still lies with Ten, too. I love Eleven a lot, and in particular I love how he seems to be kinder and more--I don't know, more liking of random, individual people, as opposed to finding humans as a race pretty wonderful, but Ten does both vulnerable and oncoming storm too well for me not to adore him. Plus, Rose and Ten will always have a special place in my fannish heart. *g*
