Thank you! I'm sorry about the angst, I was the one writing it and I found it sad too. I had this image of Oliver's puppy dog eyes and felt guilty for putting him through it. lol.

I thought this was a gorgeous piece. Much as I love Chlollie, the usually happy & bantering pair, I also find myself drawn to a great angst piece sometimes and this fit the bill 100%.

Thank you so much! I'm with you, I love their banter, but I also love their possible angst. And my love for Chloe couldn't help but want someone to pine for her, instead of her pining for them, and this was what came out. I'm glad that you liked it.

I really liked this. I love that Oliver admitted to who he was, selfish and likely to break Chloe's heart. And I love that it caught him completely off guard that he was the one to fall, to end up with the potential of being the one that gets hurt. Wonderful job. (sequel?)

Thank you! I'm really glad that you liked.

I won't say no to a possible sequel, but I won't make any promises either. I do have a couple of ideas rolling around in my head, but its just a matter if they cooperate when I try to get them down on paper.

This is heartbreakingly sad. I could really see it playing out exactly like this.

I can see it turning out like this too, which makes me sad as well. The entire time I was writing it, I just kept seeing Oliver's sad puppy dog eyes and it made me feel very guilty.
