Ok, enough of this self wallowing. I feel angry at myself for feeling this way all the time and all these constant mood swings. Gotta get my butt in gear, exercise more and make the best of things and move on with my life....

it's always simpler to tell your mind what you want it to think, but the heart is a different matter .. there will come a time for everything, including the time when you move on ..
so it's ok to wallow, just as long as it doesn't prevent you from achieving other goals in your life .. and instead of getting angry with yourself, try to understand yourself .. it's the same as if you dealt with other people .. instead of getting upset, the better way to deal with them is to try to understand .. so yeah, it can be applied reflexively as well ..
